Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal information described here is MLJ, SASU, publisher of PartyPlanRank, represented by Jimenez Julien. You can reach the controller at any time at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. We are a small publisher, and the same person who reads your message is the person responsible for it.

What the contact form collects

The demo request form on the home page collects exactly the following fields, and nothing else: name (your full name), email (your work email address), company (the name of your team or business), role (your role in the organization, chosen from a list), request (whether you want a demo, early access to a new feature, or a quote), size (the number of active consultants on your team, chosen from a range), message (whatever you write about how you run your week), and consent (your confirmation that you agree to this policy). Two hidden fields travel with the submission so it can be routed correctly: a subject line and the recipient address. A honeypot field named bot-field is present to catch automated spam and is left empty by human visitors.

We do not ask for a phone number, a home address, payment details, a Social Security number, or any information about the members of your team. Please do not paste a consultant roster or anyone else's contact details into the message box.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We use your submission for one purpose: to answer you and, if you ask for it, to arrange and run a product demonstration. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you send the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. Where United States state privacy law applies, the processing is limited to the purpose you submitted the form for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Who processes the submission

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which hosts this website and operates the form handling service. Netlify stores the submission on our behalf and forwards a copy by email. A copy also reaches the mailbox jimenezjulien42@gmail.com, operated by Google. No other processor receives your submission. We do not pass your details to a sales agency, a lead broker, a data enrichment provider or an advertising network.

How long we keep it

Demo requests that do not become customers are deleted from the Netlify form store and from the mailbox within twenty-four months of the last message exchanged. If you become a customer, the correspondence is retained for the life of the subscription and for three years after it ends, which covers our accounting and contractual obligations. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time and we will act on it within thirty days.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics script. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no cross site tracker on any page. Your browser may store nothing at all from this domain. Netlify keeps standard server access logs, including truncated network address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives your network address as a technical consequence of serving the font files.

Your rights in the United States

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, state privacy law gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights, and the right to know whether their information has been sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit any of these requests. Residents of other states are welcome to make the same requests and we will handle them the same way.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France, that authority is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.

How to exercise your rights

Write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com from the address you used on the form, and state plainly what you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We answer within thirty days, and usually inside a week. We may ask one clarifying question if we cannot match your request to a submission, but we will not demand identity documents for a simple deletion request. An authorized agent may act for you if you confirm the authorization in writing.

Children's privacy

PartyPlanRank is a business tool sold to adults who lead sales organizations. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information through this form, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

International transfers

MLJ, SASU is established in France and the hosting and form processing take place on infrastructure operated by a United States company. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, which form part of our agreement with Netlify. If you are in the United States, your submission is stored in the United States.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted, access to the Netlify account and to the mailbox is protected by two factor authentication, and access is limited to the publication director. We keep no separate database of enquiries.

Changes to this policy

If we change a processor, add a field to the form, or alter a retention period, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes are also described in the reply you receive when you next contact us. The current version was published on September 4, 2026.
