Why this product exists
I did not come to direct sales from the inside. I came to it because a friend of my sister ran a skincare team of ninety-one consultants out of a converted garage in Ohio, and every Sunday night she sat with three browser tabs, a paper notebook and a phone full of unread messages, trying to work out who had actually sold something that week. Her company's back office could tell her a downline volume number. It could not tell her that Andrea had not placed an order in nineteen days, or that Rochelle was two hundred and forty points from the next rank with eleven days left in the period. That gap between raw volume and a decision a leader can act on is the entire reason PartyPlanRank exists.
I spent the first four months of the project doing nothing but sitting in on team calls and Sunday planning sessions. I watched leaders build the same spreadsheet from scratch every month. I watched them lose consultants because nobody noticed a quiet week until it had become a quiet quarter. What I learned is that a good field leader already knows exactly what to do with a piece of information; she is simply drowning in the work of assembling it. So the product does not coach her, and it does not tell her how to run her team. It reads the activity, sorts it, and puts the three names that need her this week at the top of a list.
What I learned about this trade
Three things changed how I build. First, compensation plans are not comparable across companies, so any rank progress feature that assumes one structure is useless to most of the field. PartyPlanRank lets a leader define her own ranks, thresholds and qualification periods, then tracks each consultant against them. Second, the unit of leadership is the week, not the month. Monthly reporting arrives after the decision window has closed. Third, and this is the one vendors get wrong most often, a leader will not adopt a tool that makes her team feel watched. Everything in the product is framed around support: who needs a call, who deserves recognition, who is close.
I also learned to respect how little time there is. Most of the leaders I work with hold a second job, or raise children, or both. If a weekly review takes more than fifteen minutes it will be skipped by February. That constraint shapes every screen.
How I work with leaders in the field
I run a working session with every new account in the first ten days. We map the compensation plan, set the rank ladder, decide what counts as a quiet week for that team, and import the current roster. I ask to see the spreadsheet that PartyPlanRank is replacing, because that spreadsheet is the real specification. Twice a month I sit in on a live team call, with permission, and listen for the moments where the leader has to go looking for a number. Those moments become the next change I ship.
What I am accountable for
I am accountable for the software running, for the numbers in it being right, and for answering you. If a rank threshold is calculated incorrectly, that is my failure and I fix it before I ship anything else. If you write to me during a US business day you will usually hear back the same day, and always within one business day. I do not sell, rent or share your team roster with anyone, and I do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How this product is built and maintained
PartyPlanRank ships small changes weekly rather than large releases quarterly. Every change that touches a rank calculation is tested against a library of real anonymized compensation plans before it goes out. Editorially, nothing on this site claims an earnings result: this is a tracking and coaching tool, not an income opportunity, and any page that drifts toward income claims gets rewritten. Statistics quoted on the home page come from account data across the customer base and are refreshed each quarter. Testimonials are published with the named leader's written permission and are never edited beyond trimming for length.
